As a few of you may already know, Jim and I just got engaged yesterday, on Friday (June 23).
We set a date for a year and a day from the date of our engagement.
Since we are Pagans we would like to the ceremony (Handfasting) outdoors on Sunday, June 24 2007.
However, if it rains - we'd like to have an option of doing the ceremony / reception indoors.
We thought of Castles in Connecticut or Massachusetts near the water?
Besides Hammond and Gillette Castle can anyone suggest any other nice outdoor locations near the water in New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island or Massachusetts?

I know Montauk lighthouse in Montauk New York has wedding ceremonies there, and I always thought it was a beautiful place to be married...

yes its very nice there. I used to vacation there frequently.

It all depends on whether ot not you prefer the ocean, LI Sound, the bay, etc... Hampton Bays has the Shinnecock Canal where there is Tide Runners

Ah you know them long haired guys, you seen one - you seen them all! LOL!
I think J is better looking than Kid Rock - I don't see the resemblence.
Post some pics of kid rock that you think look like him. I looked at a few on google and just don't see it.
