Do you guys know of anything that can permanently remove unwanted hairs????

I want to get rid of some of my facial hair. Particularly underneath my chin in my neck. I have a whole head of hair there and it's annoying shaving it off. I would also like to take out some of my facial hairs. The hairs in my face almost go up to my eyes. I'm fed up and I want a solution.
