He Sucks! No other word for it except.. hmm.. yeah.. he gave the Nazi party a permit to march in the predominately african american neighborhood of Parramore Street and downtown. Downtown was virtually shut down yesterday thanks to that little weeble wooble. I'm a very very cranky bitch right now. He won't let Orlando have a Pride parade but he'll let the Nazi's march?? He won't pay the cops overtime but will have the cops guard the Nazis. Nice redneck he is. Ask Diane - I've been fighting with his office all week. :mad:

I wouldn't doubt it. I've seen some pretty messed up things living in the boonies in Virginia, and Florida has their share of hicks. Sometimes people go to far with the Freedom of Speech thing. Oh no, we can't mention God, but Nazi's hey....

Sorry I've been swamped and first time I've been able to check the boards - but yes.. Neo-Nazis is the "politically correct" term for it or "National Socialist Movement". There were about 30 or so at the march. The article is here (http://www.local6.com/news/7441725/detail.html) on what happened.

And re: the group - most definitely were "neo nazis" right down to the march, the "heil", the brown uniforms, the swatsticas (sp?) and the salute. Rather sickening. Both my grandfathers would turn over in their graves if they saw that considering they both fought in WW II.

Buddy (our Mayor), rather than fight them in court, backed down at the first threat of a lawsuit and let them arrive armed. Its a long, involved story but the mayor made a lot of enemies that day. He wants to preach First Amendment, cool - but then ALL people can protest, march, whatever - as long as its peaceful and NOT arrive armed! :mad:

Not that he was A-OK after giving Paris Hilton a key to the City or after being indicted on voter fraud, but that's for a different day ;) This last act takes the cake. But my issue isn't with the State of Florida - our senators spoke out against the rally :) The only other political thorn I have here is "Polk County" and their version of Boss Hogg, but that's a different rant...

by time it'll come around everything that I just said to myself will be erased from my head - but trust me, I think it was good!

I'd like to rant and rave about all of the NYC punk-ass hoodrats that talk all that smack and don't do shit to back it up. Like the other day at Old Navy in the Bronx - some bitch tried to skip me in the line - think I wasn't going to say anything? Hell yeah I did. I said something to her about standing in front of me, went to go pay for my shit and then bounced. She was mad, and talking smack and about how she wanna kick ass (which she wasn't going to dare do anyway, because I would have knocked her down flat), but I didn't care because I put her in her place before I got to the cashier.

You know, you just gotta nip that shit in the bud with some of these stupid people out here. Don't talk smack and run off at the mouth if you know you are not going to do anything. But that's typical of a fickin HOOTRAT, because that's all that they do anyway.

Oh yeah and she had a blond hair weave, plus she was acting immature in front of her two kids. Some "mother" she is, and if she were to try and "smack" someone, not only would I have knocked her down flat, but I would have also pulled her hair weave out too.

Its a good idea - do the Rant 'N' Rave room because a lot of us need to rant and rave lol, we need some kind of outlet to vent for the BS we have to go through in the real world, nah meen? :D
