Hey people,

I've already e-mailed some people and also sent invites on MySpace. Some of you already know that I'm a member of Piel Canela Dance Company. I wanted to announce that a salsa performance with my team has been confirmed. It will be my first performance debut with the team and it happens this Friday, 11/10. Here are the details:

Event: Tropical Image Fundraiser
Venue: Dance Manhattan, 39, West 19th Street, NYC (bet. 5th and 6th Avenues)
Showtime: between 10:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.

The Fundraiser is held by dance instructor, Arelis Beato. The purpose is to continue to keep kids off the streets and to carry on with the salsa programs at Tropical Image Dance Company. Ms. Beato is the Director of Tropical Image Dancers in Brooklyn, NY and she also directs the Children's Program at Piel Canela Dance Company (www.pielcaneladancers.com). If you've been to the Diamante Show sometime in the Summer of 2006, you probably seen her and her dancers represent.
